Glazing material:
We use high quality UV filtering acrylic for framing. It protects against visible light that prevents drawings from fading. Glass (high quality clear) is also available for glazing. If you prefer to use glass, please inform us upon purchasing at info@tsaigallery.com
Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tsaigallery.com ships with a variety of express carriers (FedEx, DHL etc.) to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.
Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends and national holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive an exchange or gallery credit for the price of the piece. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Exchange or gallery credit.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
